Rose Nantambi Mayende
Director
I have walked a journey of over 13 years with knowledge that my child has special needs as a result of disorders bordering on autism, intellectual disability, ADD and bipolar. The experience got me to not only running a family trading business in order to be in control of my daily schedule, but also to the formation of Open Friends, a centre for children with special needs.
I am very passionate about every child attaining their full God given potential in the best environment possible, regardless of their limitations. We are setting up the centre with this in mind and also to unite parents with children with special needs especially as a result of autism and mental health, with the aim of walking the difficult journey together, with hope that we can all benefit from the advantages of togetherness.
Rose is a wife to Constant Othieno Mayende, a mother of teens; 1 son and 2 girls, a Statistician by training, Banker by experience but currently an entrepreneur and charity volunteer.
Brandy Violet Ninsiima
Director
Currently running a Hardware business as a co-director and also a mentor with G4G Uganda.
She's passionate about God and children that’s why she felt the desire to join hands with fellow parents and come up with a centre to help children with special needs.
She is a wife, mother and business woman.
Kabagambe Cynthia Lucille

I am a dedicated mother to a teenage boy living with Autism, journeying alongside him as we navigate life together. With over seven years of experience as a Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities in the United Kingdom, I hold a City & Guilds certification in Learning Disabilities. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Skills and Literature.
Currently, I am a student at the International School of Style Coaches in London, furthering my expertise. As an advocate for Autism and learning disabilities, I am passionate about promoting understanding and support for these communities.
In addition to being a wife and entrepreneur, I channel my creativity and love for wellness into pursuits involving skincare, food, and fashion. My journey is driven by a heart for advocacy, empowerment, and cultivating holistic well-being.
Constant Othieno Mayende

Constant is a Partner at CMK & Co, Certified Public Accountants. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Uganda (CPA) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Research Methods from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland as well as Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.
Constant has over 23 years’ experience in banking, strategy, business development, financial management, audit and quality assurance having held senior positions in a number of reputable private and public sector organisations in Uganda and Rwanda. He is a Council Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda and also serves on governing boards of several organisations in Uganda. Constant is a Rotarian and currently serves as the President Elect/Secretary, Rotary Club of Ntinda.

Lectured in Makerere University for 12 years and left 2 years ago.

Author of 4 books, including a yearly women’s devotional written each year for the last 7 years

Dr. Rachael Nambusi is a family medicine doctor in Doral, Florida
Family medicine doctors are primary-care physicians trained to meet the diverse health needs of children and families.
She's a Board Certified Family Physician, with a passion for providing accessible quality comprehensive medical care for families. She works as a Hospitalist with Sound Physicians Group, and provide Telemedicine Consulting Services to patients of all ages in the outpatient/urgent care setting.
